Job Description

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive (DME) with demonstrable digital experience in successful Facebook advertising, creating new content using Business Manager and ideally video production too! This is a newly created role for our fast-growing business, operating in a highly competitive customer-focused market.

Primary responsibilities

Recruitment ambitions

  1. Working with recruitment teams to create targeted Facebook advertising plans within an agreed budget.
    • Key Performance Indicators:
      • A clear understanding of audience needs.
      • Targeted adverts created.
      • Budget control
  2. Continuously improving FB engagement using spilt testing models, monitoring and analysing results.
    • Key Performance Indicators
      • Increasing candidate enquiries.
      • Analysing data and presenting recommendations.
      • Implementing agreed actions.
  3. Managing individual branch FB pages to create appropriate, localised and targeted content
    • Key Performance Indicators
      • Create content in British English with correct spelling and grammar
  4. Optimising all job website landing pages and recommending changes.
    • Key Performance Indicators
      • Implementing agreed actions

Business growth plans

  1. Monitoring ‘Live Chat’ and telephone enquiries.
    • Key Performance Indicators
      • Analysing data and presenting improvements which create new customer enquiries
  2. Managing Google My Business and other third-party on-line customer review experiences.
    • Key Performance Indicators
      • Timely and accurate responses

Staff engagement

  1. Monitoring online ‘Live Chat’ and telephone enquiries.
    • Increase staff engagement

·         Development of other digital channels e.g. LinkedIn and YouTube.

·         Managing on-line reviews.

·         Involvement in other marketing activities will be required with relevant training provided.
·         Analytical ability.

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·         Managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders.

Education/qualifications12- 18 months business experience


   Degree or equivalent

Marketing in a customer-focused market

Statistical analysis (or another analytical field)

Prior Experience / IndustryCustomer service industry in a

competitive market

SME or possibly 3rd sector
KnowledgeDemonstrable experience and

understanding of Facebook and other social media channels

Technical and BusinessDigital consumer marketing,

design, implementation and performance monitoring

Business development and/or recruitment
Self-ManagementSelf-starter with excellent

planning, execution and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail

LanguageFluent English
Digital Software/PackagesBasic HTML knowledge

SEO ranking tools

Experience with Canva or Photoshop

Video production

£25 – 27k pa depending on experience.
