This week is National Nutrition and Hydration week. Here at Alina, we want to highlight in particular the importance of wellness for the elderly and disabled. Symptoms of poor nutrition and hydration can include, at its worst malnutrition and obesity, but also a decline of energy levels, poor health and increased illness. Which is why eating all of your essential food groups and vitamins, as well as staying hydrated is a must.
